 आज के इस पोस्ट में हम Past Perfect Continuous Tense को सीखेंगे।

Past Perfect Continuous Tense

 

इस Tense के वाक्यों की पहचान है - क्रिया के साथ रहा था, रही थी, रहे थे, लगा रहता है।

 

Note -

Since का प्रयोग किसी निश्चित समय के साथ होता है।

 

सभी subjects के साथ - HAD BEEN

 

 Rules-

Affirmative Sentences

Subject + had + been + V1 + ing + object + since/for + (Time)

 

Negative Sentences

Subject + had + not + been + V1 + ing + object + since/for + (Time)

 

Interrogative Sentences

Wh + had + subject + been + V1 + ing + object + since/for (Time)?

 

Negative Interrogative Sentences

Wh + had + subject + not + been + V1 + ing + object + since/for + (Time)?

 

Example of Affirmative sentences 

 

वे चार घंटे से फिल्म देख रहे थे।

They had been watching the movie for four hours.

 

वह 2 बजे से पढ़ा रही थी।

She had been teaching since 2 O'clock.

 

Example of Negative Sentences

 

वे चार घंटे से फिल्म नहीं देख रहे थे।

They had not been watching to movie for 4 hours .

 

वह 2 बजे से नहीं पढ़ा रही थी?

She had not been teaching since 2 o'clock.

 

Example of Interrogative Sentences 

 

वह दो महीने से मांसाहारी भोजन क्यो खा रहा था?

Why had he been eating non-vegetarian food for two months?

 

क्या वे 2012 से प्रोजेक्ट पर काम कर रहे थे?

Had they been working on the project since 2012?

 

Example of Negative Interrogative Sentences

 

वह दो महीनो से मांसहार भोजन क्यों नहीं खा रहा था?

Why had he been not eating non-vegetarian food for two months?

 

क्या वे 2012 से प्रोजेक्ट पर काम नही कर रहे थे?

Had they not been working on the project since 2012?
