आज  के इस Lesson में हम सीखेंगे, (Resume) कैसे बनाए, बनाते वक्त क्या - क्या ध्यान में रखकर बनाना है।

Resume क्या है? हम एक

Example से समझते है -


अगर मान ले किसी Company ने अपने यहां किसी Post के लिए Hiring कर रही है?


अगर मान ले आप चाहते है, आप उस Post पर काम करने के इच्छुक है, आप मानते है मैं वो काम अच्छे तरीके से कर सकता हूं आप Company को कैसे बताएंगे मै वो काम कर सकता हू।


        अगर मान ले आपके जैसे बहुत सारे लोग है, चाहते है, वो भी उस Post पर काम करना ऐसे मै किसी Company को हजारों लोगों ने एप्लाई कर दिया की वो काम मै कर सकता हूं।


तो सोचिए इतने सारे लोगो में Company क्या सभी का बारी - बारी से Interview ले पाएगी, इतने लोगो का इंटरव्यू ले पाना कितना मुस्किल होगा, दोस्तो इसी बात को देखते हुए कोई भी Company अपने यहां आए हुए सभी लोगो का Resume चेक करती है, उन्हें लगता उस Resume में ऐसी बाते जो Company को चहिए। उस Resume को Company सिलेक्ट करती है, और फिर उसी हिसाब से लोगो को Interview के लिए बुलाती है, और उन्हे अपने अनुसार सिलेक्ट करती है।



हमे उम्मीद है, आप अच्छी तरह से समझ गए होंगे Resume क्या है, इसकी कितनी महत्व है?


अब हम बात करते है, आखिर Resume कैसे बनाया जाता है, दोस्तों Resume तो आप अपने कंप्यूटर से Word में बना सकते है, वहा सभी प्रकार के Template रहते है।


अगर आपको फिर भी कभी Template की जरूरत हो तो आप मुझे Mail कर सकते है।


अब हम बात करते है, Resume बनाते समय कुछ ध्यान देने युक्त बाते।


दोस्तो Resume बनाते समय उसमे क्या - क्या लिखते है, वो मै आपको नीचे बता रहा हूं।


1.

★ Name

★ Address

★ Mobile No.

★ Email ID

★ अगर आपके पास खुद का Website है, तो आप 

     उसका Link दे सकते है।

★ LinkedIn Profile Link



2.

★ 10th %

★ 12 %

★ Graduation %

★ Master's %


You have to also write your School/College/University Name.


You have to also write Your Specialization of Your Bachelor's, Master's Degree.


Ex -

I have Completed my 10th with 87% from XYZ Public School Delhi.


I have completed my 12th with 93% from XYZ Public School Delhi.


I have Completed my B.tech CSE from XYZ College/University with 9.2 CGPA.


I am Pursuing MBA in Finance from XYZ/University with 9.4 CGPA in 1st and 2nd semester respectively.

If you have completed any other Certification courses from any Website, University and so on.


You have to mention about your extra certification courses.


Ex - I have Completed a Web Development Course from XYZ.


I have completed a Android Development Course from XYZ.


4. Professional Career


Yaha apko apne professional Career ke bare me batana hai, jaise apne kahi Internship kiya ho, kisi company ke sath kam kiya ho agar apne kisi company m kuch Specialization me kam kar rakha hai to wo bhi apko mention karna hai.

Ex - 

Sales Manager

I have worked as a Sales Manager at XYZ Company.

Android Developer

I have worked on Android Development in XYZ Company.

5. Awards:-

Agar apko kabhi bhi kisi bhi chiz ke liye apko awards mila ho to wo apko mention karna chahiye.

Jaise apko kisi company me kisi profile ke sabse acche workers ka award Mila ho ya kuch bhi awards ho to aap mention kar sakte hai.
